In a recent interview with Vice, she opens up regarding the daily hate that she faces on Twitch and on other social media platforms, who not only call her names but threaten to take violent actions against her. Although she accepts it affects her mental health, she is prepared to face it. She channels this hatred and criticism into being better at her content and streaming more hours.

Amouranth explained how she got depressed with the constant thought of ‘success’ and ‘finance’ shrinking as she would age. Moreover, trolls never miss on a single opportunity to remind how short-lived her fame is and that it will vanish in no time. However, she got over it and put more effort in her work. She also expanded her business ventures owning gas stations, buying visa stocks and a lot more.

“I don’t hate what I do, or how much I do it,” Amouranth said. “It’s the harassment. The unwarranted danger that comes from when I’m just doing my own thing. All women creators get varying degrees of harassment, but being live exposes you to the most extreme form of said persecution.” She is only a little worried about the “dangers” that come along with streaming to millions of fans. Rest she is prepared to “grind” and until her passive income overtakes her active income.
