After making a move that belonged more in a WWE wrestling ring than on a football pitch, Cristiano Ronaldo received the second yellow card of his Al Nassr tenure.

In the 57th minute of Tuesday’s Al Nassr 2-0 loss to Al-Hilal, Ronaldo received a yellow card from English referee Michael Oliver for putting midfielder Gustavo Cuellar in a headlock before slamming him to the ground. At Al-Hilal Stadium, Oliver, a special guest referee from the English Premier League, was kept busy. Odion Ighalo, a former striker for Manchester United, successfully converted both of the penalties that the referee gave to the host team Al-Hilal.
Ronaldo’s ambitions of winning the Saudi Pro League in his debut season with Al Nassr seem to be damaged by Tuesday’s setback. With a game remaining, Al-Ittihad leaders are now three points ahead of Al Nassr.
In his first 13 appearances with Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo has 11 goals and two yellow cards. Ronaldo received his first caution for reacting furiously after the referee blew for halftime while he had the ball during a 3-1 victory over Abha in the King Cup.
