In addition, kick-off times will change for two Premier League matches.

Matches postponed on Sunday 18 September are Chelsea’s matches against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, and Manchester United’s home match v Leeds United.

Brighton & Hove Albion’s fixture against Crystal Palace, that was due to be played at 15:00 BST on Saturday 17 September, will also remain postponed.

Arsenal confirmed the postponement of their Europa League game against PSV via an official statement, but the games of Chelsea and Man City are still in doubt as high security will be needed if the matches are set to go ahead. A decision on the fixtures will soon be announced.

In the headline Premier League match, the Blues are scheduled to host Jurgen Klopp’s side in new manager Graham Potter’s first game, but The Queen’s state funeral is due to be held less than 24 hours later putting the game into doubt.

The news comes on the back of the EFL’s confirmation that games will continue as scheduled from tomorrow evening’s midweek games following the passing of Her Majesty The Queen on Thursday.
