Mbappe Transfer Saga Returns! Real Madrid set £103 million offer on deadline day

Will Real Madrid push again for Kylian Mbappe? Despite his discussion with PSG, Los Blancos are keen to get him with a new offer worth £103 million.

The transfer saga of PSG forward Kylian Mbappe is still not over. Real Madrid are keen to get him before the deadline day of the ongoing summer transfer window. As per new reports of BILD, Los Blancos is preparing to offer a 103 million deal in the pursuit of Mbappe.

Kylian Mbappe has been a primary target for the Spanish giants but they failed to get him. We saw the drama in the last one month between Mbappe and PSG when PSG somehow managed the whole matter by convincing the 24-year-old to stay in Paris for 2023/24.

Madrid will plan to make the bid formal to Ligue 1 giants just three days before the September 1 transfer window. There were some rumours going around the future of the World Cup winner. Some media outlets reported that Mbappe will not go anywhere and he will play this season for PSG. He is likely to sign a new deal with the French club that will keep him till 2025.

Kylian Mbappe recently hold a discussion with PSG and the club reached a point where the 24-year-old forward will not be sold this summer. He was not part of the squad before the season opener but later, he was included in the PSG side. The French international netted a goal after coming off the bench in a 1-1 draw at Toulouse.

Mbappe’s contract will expire in 2024 and he wanted to leave PSG as a free agent. PSG offered him a big contract last month but he refused it. The club also put him on a sale and got a huge offer from Saudi Club with a release clause but it was unacceptable. The French striker got loan offers from top Premier League clubs but it was on hold. After the discussion with PSG owners, things are back to normal days.

However, Real Madrid’s £103 million push can give fuel to the story. Los Blancos need a solid striker since the departure of Karim Benzema. They relied on Rodygo and Vinicius Jr only. They don’t have a solid backup if anyone gets injured later in the season. Carlo Ancelotti is pushing hard to get the Frenchman in the Spanish capital but the future is still uncertain. It’s pretty clear now Real Madrid cannot wait for 2024 as they will push for Mbappe’s move in the ongoing summer.
