Hazard 30, already a Chelsea Legend, is considered to be one of the greatest players in Chelsea’s history made a total of 352 appearances for the London club having missed only 17 games due to injury. During his 7-year stay at the club Hazard directly contributed to a total of 202 goals with 110 goals and 92 assists.

Premier League: Chelsea have reportedly asked Florentino Perez about bringing Hazard back to London and the player would be open to a move. Spanish outlet El Nacional reports that Chelsea have already started informal talks regarding a move for the Belgian with Real Madrid keen to get rid of the player and recover part of the €115 million that they paid Chelsea to sign Hazard.
