Chelsea and Juventus are in discussion for Lukaku. As per the fresh reports, Dusan Vlahovic is heading to Stamford Bridge and Lukaku will be back in Serie A. The Blues admire Vlahovic and they consider him an ideal option in the forward position. Meanwhile, they have to meet the demand from the Italian club which is an extra £35m as part of the deal.
Romelu Lukaku was looking to make a permanent move to Inter after a decent outing on loan last season.
