Neymar Jr took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share the news about having a baby girl. On 7th October 2023, Neymar Jr shared multiple adorable pictures of him, his girlfriend, and their daughter Mavie. In the post, Neymar wrote in Portuguese:
“Our Mavie came to complete our lives. Welcome, daughter! You are already very loved by us… thank you for choosing us.”
Neymar’s girlfriend, Bruna Biancardi, also took to Instagram to share the news. She shared similar pictures of the 3 of them with the same caption as Neymar.
The couple received a lot of love from fans on both Instagram and X, as comments started flooding in as soon as the posts were made. Both the social media accounts were flooded with comments regarding this announcement and other congratulatory messages.
Questionable news surrounding Neymar Jr during his girlfriend’s pregnancy
However, Neymar Jr and Bruna Biancardi’s time throughout the pregnancy has not just been smooth sailing. The football star and his girlfriend revealed the news about the pregnancy in April.
Soon after this reveal, news that Neymar had cheated on his pregnant girlfriend started appearing. Neymar was under fire as fans tried to investigate whether these allegations held any weight.
The fans, however, did not have to keep searching for a long time as on 21st June 2023, Neymar posted a picture on Instagram with an apology letter in the caption. In the apology letter, he apologised for his mistakes and said he wanted to solve their problems. He said their love for their child would prevail and he wanted to be with her forever.
Regardless of this drama-stricken period in the lives of Neymar Jr and Bruna Biancardi, they now have patched up. They clearly want to put their child before anything else and have now welcomed a baby girl into the world.
