Bruna Biancardi, the mother of Neymar’s newborn daughter, was the victim of an armed burglary. A criminal group attempted to break into her flat in Brazil on Tuesday. A man was arrested in connection with the home invasion in Cotia, greater Sao Paulo, but Bruna and her daughter were not present at the time.

The influencer had been enjoying her daughter Mavie’s first birthday only hours before, with Neymar Jr honouring the event with an Instagram post the same day.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at the site. Now, an investigation is underway to locate the two other people engaged in the heist, which resulted in the theft of watches and valuables.
Quem further claimed that the invaders, two of whom were allegedly armed. Allegedly, they wanted to find Bruna and her daughter, whom she welcomed with Neymar in early October.
They instead discovered Bruna’s parents and allegedly attempted to restrain both of them. But this alerted suspicious neighbours, who then phoned security. Although neither Neymar nor Bruna have issued a statement in reaction to the illicit conduct, local authorities in Sao Paulo have confirmed that an investigation is currently underway and an arrest has been made.
Statement from police on Ney girlfriend robbery attempt
The São Paulo Department of Public Security (SSP-SP) stated, ‘The Civil Police of Cotia is investigating a robbery that occurred on the morning of Tuesday (07) in a condominium in the city. According to reports, three armed men allegedly entered the residence and overpowered the 50-year-old and 52-year-old victims.
The statement continued, ‘The suspects stole purses, watches, and jewellery. A 20-year-old man was arrested in the act. The second perpetrator has already been identified and efforts are underway to identify the third, as well as arrest them.’

The apprehended person was supposedly a resident of the same condominium as Bruna, and he intended to utilise his access to let in the other two assailants.
Police surrounded the establishment but two suspects managed to flee with luxury designer items. Meanwhile, Neymar is currently recovering from knee surgery. He is expected to be ruled out for 10 months after tearing his ACL while on international duty with Brazil.
