Manchester United are in deep water after losing 4 of their first 7 Premier League and both of their first 2 Champions League games. They are currently sitting at the bottom of their Champions League group and at 10th position in the Premier League table. If they fail to win their next match against Brentford, they will create a record of three straight home game defeats for the first time in the club’s history. The Red Devils will be determined to get back to winning ways.

Brentford have also had one of the worst starts with only one win in the Premier League. Their only other win came following a penalty shootout after they drew against Newport County in the EFL Cup Second Round on 30th August. Their only win in the Premier League came against Fulham even before then, on 19th August. They couldn’t register even one win last month and also got knocked out of the EFL after losing against Arsenal. If they lose again, they risk falling into the relegation zone.
