After missing six games in various competitions due to an injury sustained in February against Manchester United, Pedri returned to training with the team this week. However, according to Miguel, the 20-year-old did not feel good during today’s training sessions. As a result, the young midfielder will not feature in the Clasico. Miguel has also claimed that Pedri has also been removed from Spain’s squad for their upcoming matches. Notably, Pedri has been named in Spain’s squad for their upcoming Euro 2024 Qualifiers against Norway and Scotland.

Apart from Pedri, Ousmane Dembele is also out with an injury and will miss the El Clasico. Reports have claimed that both the players are now trying to be fully fit for El Clásico on 5th April.
