Rules & Regulations of FIFA WC Fantasy Game
- A user is allowed to take a total of 15 players in the squad.
- There is a fixed budget of $100Million for every player.
- Each player has a different price range, and therefore a user will have to create his squad intelligently.
- From a given set of fixed team formations, players are allowed to choose their favourite/required formation. During the course of the game, the formations may be changed as per the user.
- There is a limit to using players from the same nation. In the group stages, 3 players are allowed to be picked in the team from the same nation. As the tournament progresses, the allowance of a player from a fixed nation increases.
- Captain – A player is allowed to pick a captain for his team. The points scored by the captain get doubled. In case a captain doesn’t play, then the vice-captain becomes the captain of the squad.
- SPECIAL BONUS – Users are allowed 3 special chips which will enhance their team and the points that they score. These special chips are allowed to be used only once throughout the tournament.
Wildcard – This allows the user to make unlimited transfers for a match week.
Power Captain – This chip forces the most scoring player of the 15-man squad to become the captain and therefore the points of the most scoring player get doubled.
12th Man – Allows a user to add an extra player to the team to score points.

There is a different scoring system that allows the players to accumulate points based on how they perform. Apart from these, user also gets the opportunity to transfer players from their team. There are some specific guidelines regarding the transfer of players.
