United’s game with Fulham quickly had a lot of drama as they went down 1-0. The game turned in the 72nd minute as United got a penalty and Fulham had 3 red cards all at once. Bruno Fernandes scored with ease and then United added two more to round up the game.
City had no such issue when it came to their game as they smashed Burnley 6-0 with Erling Haaland netting yet another hat-trick for City. Brighton also had an easy path to the semis as they defeated Grimsby Town by 5 goals to nil. Sheffield United scored an injury-time winner to defeat Blackburn Rovers 3-2 to book a date with City.

The Blades face a staunch test against the Cityzens as they have booked their first semi-final place since 2014. Pep Guardiola’s City are seeking to win the FA Cup for the seventh time, with their last triumph coming in 2019. The semi-final fixtures will be played on Saturday, 22nd April 2023 at 7:30 PM IST.
