Mohun Bagan Super Giant coach Antonio Lopez Habas will have the tough task of turning the fortunes around of the Mariners who are having a very average season by their standards. The defending ISL champions are 5th on the points table. Although they have had a trophy in the season in the form of Durand Cup, the Mariners will want to defend their ISL trophy successfully.

However, it will be a tough match for the Mariners who will be missing quite a few key players. Besides long-term absentee Ashique Kuruniyan, right-back Ashish Rai misses out of the high-profile tie due to a niggle. However, MBSG will be boosted by the return of defender Anwar Ali who is fully fit to start the match.
