However, Graham Potter is not supposed to consider Lukaku as the ultimate solution. If he comes next term, Potter will not try him as much as Inter have tried him so far.
Chelsea are aware of his behaviour during the debut season in 2021/22 when he publicly talked about Tuchel’s style of play and then, Tuchel threw him out of the XI from few games. After the winter transfer window of 2023, Chelsea now have quality players who can fill the blanks later in the year. We have no idea about Chelsea’s plans. They can even sack Graham Potter at the end of this season. It’s expected that Lukaku is not in Chelsea’s plans despite his heroics at Inter Milan.
