According to The Telegraph, Victor Osimhen is top of Chelsea’s transfer wish list, with the player likely eager to join Stamford Bridge. The 24-year-old does, however, have a huge release clause worth more than £100 million, so a January raid is improbable.
This implies that Chelsea might need to break the Premier League transfer record three times in a row. In January of last year, club owner Todd Boehly spent £107 million on Enzo Fernandez. Then, in the summer, Boehly went all out again, spending £115 million for Moises Caicedo.
Nevertheless, Chelsea has a connection to Osimhen through Kalidou Koulibaly, who may benefit his old team, in their attempt to sign him. The Nigerian player and the Prem giants are still tight, as Al-Hilal star Koulibaly spent two years with him at Napoli.

Due to an odd video that was uploaded to Napoli’s TikTok account, Victor Osimhen was thinking about taking legal action against them. He was the subject of a video on Tuesday when he was ridiculed by his own team.
Napoli put out a video on their TikTok channel. The focus of Napoli’s video was on his missed penalty of Victor Osimhen vs Bologna. Osimhen has 62 goals in 107 games for the Serie A team, and seldom misses penalties. But the video seemed to ridicule him for trying to get the penalty called.
