- Barcelona are slowly coming out of the injury-plagued phase. However, they will still surely be out of at least 2 key players. Gavi will be missing this match. He will be serving out his suspension as he picked up a booking in the last match. In the meantime, Sergi Roberto will remain on the sidelines due to a calf problem.
- On top of them, 2 more key players could be doubtful for the match. Frenkie de Jong has an ankle issue which is taking time to recover. Ronald Araujo has been suffering from injuries for some time. He was even suffering from some discomfort after their Champions League clash this midweek. However, he should be fit for the match against Alaves.
