We are currently trying to fix the issue and will get back to you as soon as possible when fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

At the time the article was written the issue is not resolved. Krafton is actively trying its best to fix the issue so the affected users can return to the battlegrounds.
Krafton posted,
“[Updated 00:05 AM, Dec 30] We are continuously trying to find the cause of the issue, but taking time. We will promptly get back to you with a notification once the cause has been found or fixed.”
The developer team of Krafton is actively working on the Battlegrounds Mobile India. They will fix the login failure issue as soon as possible. Be with them and you will return to the battlegrounds. Players are also facing some other issues which will be fixed in the next patch update. The next update will be released earlier next month on Battlegrounds Mobile India.
