Ambati Rayudu can open for CSK in absence of Faf du Plessis in IPL 2021 Phase 2. He has previously played as an opener. CSK will miss South African Opener: Du Plessis was in red-hot form in the tournament amassing 277 runs. He was also the leading run-scorer for CSK in IPL 2021.
