It was a poor outing for Bethell in the IND vs ENG T20I series. He managed to score just 23 runs in the 3-match T20I series. He made a strong comeback into the ODI series. At Nagpur, he slammed a fine fifty to save England from a collapse.
“RCB is a great franchise, and I’ve felt the love over here. Every ground I’ve been to, as soon as I walk onto the pitch, they start chanting: RCB, RCB. There’s definitely a lot of support. To play along with the likes of players like that would be really cool,” Bethell was quoted as saying by Daily Mail.
Bethell has been a breakout star for England in the past year, performing extremely well across formats.
