The fixtures for the upcoming Women’s Premier League (WPL) season 2 has been released. The matches have been equally distributed in Delhi and Bengaluru (11 matches in each city). While WPL Season 2 will kick start in Bengaluru, the remainder of the matches including the knockouts and the finals will be held in Delhi.
The Delhi Capitals will look to take advantage of the home conditions and try to win their maiden title in the Women’s Premier League. Delhi Capitals will take on Mumbai Indians in their opening match of the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2024).
“The upcoming season of WPL will only have single headers, with all matches beginning at 7:30 PM IST. The first 11 matches will be held in Bengaluru, with the remaining nine league matches and the two Playoff matches taking place in Delhi,” read WPL’s statement.
