Who is Shoaib Bashir?

Shoaib Bashir is a right arm offbreak bowler. The 20-year-old would make his debut in international cricket in the IND vs ENG series. Bashir played for Surrey from the age of nine till seventeen. He joined Somerset after representing the Berkshire U-18, and at the age of 19, he made his first-class debut.
