The tradition of unearthing talented young players goes about unabated. After Mayank Yadav of LSG, IPL has discovered another young Australian batting sensation named Jake Fraser McGurk. Fraser is a top-order Australian batter who has been picked up by the Delhi Capitals franchise for the IPL 2024.
Against Lucknow Super Giants, Fraser registered his first IPL fifty on his debut. He made 55 runs in just 35 balls with an aggressive strike rate of 157.14. During his innings, he smashed 5 sixes and 2 fours as well.
