Leg-spinner Harsh Dubey is set to make his debut in the Indian Premier League in the LSG vs SRH IPL 2025 match. To note, SRH signed Harsh Dubey as a replacement for Smaran Ravichandran, who was ruled out of the remainder of the IPL (2025).
Who is Harsh Dubey?
Representing Vidarbha in the domestic format, Harsh Dubey has had a significant impact on his state. In the last edition of the Ranji Trophy, Dubey created history by picking up 69 wickets. Thanks to an excellent run, Dubey surpassed Ashutosh Aman’s previous record of 68 wickets set during the 2018-19 season. As a result, Dubey’s performance helped Vidarbha in clinching the Ranji Trophy title.
In the limited-over formats, Harsh Dubey has shown his capabilities. Speaking about his stats, he has taken 21 wickets in 20 List A matches. On the other hand, he has scalped nine wickets in 16 innings with his economy rate being 6.78.
