India and Australia are ready to play Pink Ball Test in their next Test match at Adelaide Oval with India leading the series.

India’s next match is in Adelaide, where they will play their fifth Pink Ball Test against Australia on December 6. Team India started the IND vs AUS Border-Gavaskar Test series strongly, securing a commanding 238-run victory in the opening Test in Perth. All attention now shifts to the second Test in Adelaide, which is expected to be another thrilling encounter.

Leading the five-match series 1-0 after an impressive 295-run win in Perth, India will aim to build on their momentum and extend their advantage to 2-0 in Adelaide.

When is India’s next match in Australia?

India and Australia will take on each other in a Day/Night Test at Adelaide Oval from December 6 to December 10. Indian captain Rohit Sharma is likely to return in the second Test after missing the first Test to give time to his family, who have welcomed a new member into their lives. 

India’s pink ball Test record

India has an impeccable record in the three-day/night Tests they have played at home. However, their sole pink-ball Test on foreign soil, played in Australia, ended in a crushing defeat where they were bowled out for just 36 runs in one innings.
