Bengaluru fans were in for a real treat during Diwali time. First, they witnessed Virat Kohli bowling and taking a wicket against Netherlands yesterday in a World Cup game. After Kohli, skipper Rohit Sharma rolled his arm over and picked up the last Dutch wicket to fall. Naturally, Rohit’s better half, Ritika Sajdeh, who is used to seeing Rohit smash bowlers to all parts of the ground for the first time witnessed him, taking a wicket.
Ritika Sajdeh was thrilled to bits and could not stop gushing herself as video of the same went viral on social media.
A part-time off-spin bowler, Rohit dismissed the last recognized Netherlands batter, Teja Nidamanru to enable India a thumping 160 win over in the last group stage World Cup game.
It was an early Diwali present for Benglauru fans as they witnessed two legends bowling and also taking wickets.
First, with the bat in hand, both the senior pros sublime fifties, and later, with the ball in hand, they proved they still have got in them to trouble the batters.

Speaking about Team India, they breezed past the group stage of the World Cup with nine victories on the bounce. It is also the longest winning streak for India in the WC, beating the previous 8 wins registered in the 2015 WC.
Rohit Sharma & Co gear up for semis against bogey team New Zealand
After dominating the group stage of the WC, India will now take on bogey team New Zealand in the semis on Wednesday (November 15) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
