During a recent interaction with her fans on X (formerly Twitter), Zinta explained her thoughts on PBKS’s 28-run loss to CSK. When a fan asked if she would consider signing MS Dhoni in the upcoming IPL 2025 mega auction, Zinta expressed her admiration for the legendary wicketkeeper-batter.
“Everyone wants him and everyone is his fan, including me. Yesterday was bittersweet. I wanted us to win and him to hit some big sixes, but we lost and he got out,” she responded.

Despite winning their previous encounter at Chepauk, Punjab Kings couldn’t maintain their momentum due to a lacklustre batting performance. PBKS bowled well after winning the toss and sending CSK to bat first, holding them to 167 runs in 20 overs.
