Virat Kohli has a fan base of millions, and his followers are so loyal that they could destroy a person on social media with their harsh tweets and comments. Cummins ‘Jobless’ comment

This video of Cummins’ interaction with the fans was shared on X, along with a controversial caption implying that Virat Kohli’s supporters are “mostly jobless.” The video went viral, and different people had various opinions about the post.

What did Cummins say about Virat’s fans

Cummins shared his encounter with the Indian star’s fans on social media. He recalled that when he had said, even as a compliment to Virat Kohli, that he would not like Virat to score a century, he faced a major backlash from his loyalists.

“If you live on social media at all, you get it absolutely handed to you. Say anything about Virat Kohli, and watch out for the next few years. I remember I said something a few years ago. It was actually what I thought was a compliment: ‘He is a great player. Hope he doesn’t score a hundred because he is a gun player.’ And then about six months later, when he did score one, my phone absolutely blew up,” Cummins said in the viral video.
