Not long ago, all Tamil Nadu Premier League teams revealed their retained players for the 2025 season. On 30 December 2024, they announced the players who would stay with the teams for TNPL 2025. Now, on 15 February 2025, we are witnessing the auction.
Speaking of this impressive league, there is no doubt that TNPL has slowly and steadily become one of the most loved and high-quality state franchise leagues in India. All eight TNPL teams have done an incredible job of bringing competitiveness to the league.
As the TNPL auction ongoing, many players are getting sold. But who are the players who got retained by their respective franchises? Believe it or not, some big names were retained, including the legendary R Ashwin. However, a few known players did not receive a retention slip.
