After India registered an emphatic victory against Scotland in the Super 12 clash, Amitabh Bachchan shared a tweet on Saturday in which he wrote, “Irrespective of what the results of tomorrow’s NZ v AFG game are in the T20 ICC World Cup ..remember this ..we have scored the highest total, till date, in the tournament; KL Rahul made the fastest 50; and we defeated the opposing team, in a record 6+ overs”.

It’s quite evident from the content that his tweet was in no way intended to insult any team or any player but rather to praise his national team. However, Pakistan fans found a way to troll the actor after Shoaib Malik registered the joint-fastest fifty (in 18 balls) in the tournament.
