SRH has ended the league stage with 9 wins and will face one of RR, KKR, PBKS or DC in the Eliminator on May 27.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will finish third on the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 points table as their league stage comes to an end after they beat the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) by 55 runs in Hyderabad.

In order to finish in the top two, SRH needed to restrict RCB to 165 after they posted 255 on the board after batting first. However, RCB adopted a safe approach and looked to cross the 165-run mark instead of going for the win.
