Another day in IPL 2024 and Hardik Pandya gets booed again. This time at the home ground of Mumbai Indians. Hardik Pandya claimed that the team is desperate to grab their first win of the tournament. The MI skipper looks forward to brandish a good brand of cricket which the fans will enjoy watching.
“We were planning to bowl first. It’s quite exciting to be a part of this game. We always look forward to the future, need to follow the process. Looking forward to playing a brand of cricket everyone enjoys. Playing the same team,” said MI skipper Hardik Pandya during the Toss.
Mumbai Indians are the first team in the history of the tournament to play 250 matches. It is a special privilege for any team. “This franchise holds a lot of value and the fans have given a lot of support. Slow start doesn’t bother us. We hope to have clarity, keep the mood happy and light,” Hardik added.
