Siddarth Kaul announces retirement after failing to bag contract at IPL 2025 auction

Taking to social media platform X, Siddarth Kaul penned an emotional note as he announced his retirement from international cricket

After going unsold in IPL 2025 auction, pacer Siddarth Kaul has announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. The bowler made his T20I debut 2018 and last played an international game for India in 2019. Kaul was a part of multiple IPL teams in the past, including KKR, RCB, DC, and SRH.

Taking to social media platform X, Siddarth Kaul penned an emotional note as he announced his retirement. The pacer also thanked IPL teams for giving him the opportunity to represent the side over the years. Kaul has taken 58 wickets from 55 matches that he has played in IPL.

In international cricket, Kaul has played just three T20Is and has picked up four wickets while he failed to open his account in ODIs despite playing three matches.
