Shahid Afridi learns from Arshad Nadeem

Arshad Nadeem, who shot to fame with a record-breaking javelin throw of 92.97 meters at the Paris Olympics, brought his deep passion and skill to the session. Before taking up javelin, Arshad had explored various sports, including cricket, football, hockey, and Kabaddi. His journey to Olympic glory has been one of resilience, training without proper facilities and equipment.

The session highlighted not just the physicality but the precision required in javelin throwing. Arshad emphasized the importance of body alignment, balance, and the final explosive thrust to achieve great distances. For Afridi, known for his explosive batting prowess, this new venture was both a learning experience and an opportunity to connect with another branch of athletics.
