Saturday’s encounter between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Rajasthan Royals was yet another occasion, where a fan just ran over to Kohli, to hug him.

Earlier in the match, Kohli had scored a brilliant 113 from 72 balls, slamming 12 fours and four sixes. Despite starting the innings slowly, the RCB opener picked up pace in the latter half of the innings, and ended with a strike rate of 157. Meanwhile, this was also the first ton of IPL 2024.
