Rajasthan Royals stars Avesh Khan and Sanju Samson recreated an iconic moment that reminds all of Pakistan’s antics when it comes to fielding. Pakistan fielders and misfields go hand-in-hand, with many hilarious moments emerging over the years. From two players going for the same catch with communication to one staring at the other while both miss the catch, the incidents are nothing but rib-tickling.

The incident occurred in the 18.2 over when Ashutosh Sharma hit the ball high in the air. Avesh Khan, the bowler, ran from the popping crease towards the ball. Meanwhile, Sanju Samson sprinted from behind the wickets in an attempt to take the catch. However, both players failed to take the catch, giving a lifeline to Ashutosh.
The first and the best incident that comes to one’s mind is Saeed Ajmal’s gem from the ODI World Cup in 2008. The spinner failed miserably to communicate with his partner, with both of them ultimately going on to miss the catch. What’s worse, Ajmal was seen arguing with his teammate after the flop show.
Pakistan also had several red-faced moments in ODI World Cup 2023, especially against Australia as they missed several easy chances.
