The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 schedule is announced on Thursday, February 22, by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). However, the remainder of the schedule has also been released.
Rajasthan Royals, the inaugural champions, will play their first match against Lucknow Super Giants on March 24 in Jaipur. They will also face Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Delhi Capitals in their first four games.

The inaugural champion narrowly missed out Playoffs spot in 2023 campaign where it finished on fifth spot.
