Team India skipper Rohit Sharma surpassed former India captain MS Dhoni to become most successful T20I captain for India in the IND vs AFG 3rd T20I at M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Rohit, who returned to T20Is after a gap of over 14 months overtook MS Dhoni and become India’s most successful captain in T20Is.
Rohit now has 42 wins in 54 matches, surpassing Dhoni who had 41 wins.

The Indian opener scored record 5th T20I century in India’s thrilling double super over win. India were reeling at 22/4 but Rohit along with Rinku Singh (69*) stitched an unbeaten 190-run stand to power the hosts to 212/4 in 20 overs.
