In a video shared by International Cricket Council (ICC) on their social media handle, Rohit Sharma revealed the reason behind his jersey number. The Mumbai Indians skipper credited his mother for the jersey number, he said, “Why I am 45? It’s just my mother likes the number. Lot of numbers were taken so I asked my mother, what number I should take? So, she said 45 will be a good number for you.” Since wearing the 45 number jersey, Rohit’s fortunes turned big time.
