Virat eats 90% of boiled food. He starts his day with pan-grilled food using a little olive oil. It is interesting to know that Virat uses minimum species in his food. However, to add vitamins and minerals to his meal, he has added fresh vegetables to his diet.

Virat changed his whole food habit to boost his strength and stamina. To maintain the fat percentage, he uses a low-carb and high-protein diet.

Is Virat Kohli vegan?

The Delhi boy excluded dairy products from his food routine. He claimed to follow veganism, however, he refused the claims and said that he is vegetarian. Virat had turned vegetarian in 2018.

The right-hand batter has a 5-day workout routine with a 2-day rest. He has rigorous workout sessions which include a combination of weights and cardio exercises.

As Kohli adopted vegetarianism in 2018, he does not eat eggs or any meat. Virat who loved to eat butter chicken, did not consume his favorite meal for many years.
