Rashid has scored 72 runs this season, which includes a highest score of 38. The Afghan spinner might be known mainly for his mystery spin bowling, but his batting strike rate of 189.47 proves that he can cause a lot of damage if used correctly in the batting order. Now, it will be interesting to see whether he gets a chance to bat in today’s fixture, and in case he does, whether Virat Kohli’s bat helps him play the inning of his life.
