RCB stats in IPL playoffs

Their most recent appearance in an IPL final was in 2016, when RCB, captained by Virat Kohli, had one of their best campaigns. Kohli was in record-breaking form, scoring 973 runs in the season, the most by any batter in a single IPL edition. In the final, RCB faced Sunrisers Hyderabad, and despite a strong start in their chase, they ultimately fell short by eight runs, ending as runners-up yet again.
