The PCB made a master move when it decided to name Ramiz Raza as the new chief of Pakistan Cricket. His stint already witnessed Pakistan proving themselves big on the world scale which was evident from T20 World Cup. The decision only helped Pakistan attract international cricket bodies. Years ago, BCCI named Sourav Ganguly as President and it only raised India’s image in world cricket.
Renaming home series like BCCI did for Border-Gavaskar Trophy
To celebrate Australia’s first Test series in Pakistan in 24 years, the Pakistan Cricket Board and Cricket Australia announced the introduction of the Benaud-Qadir Trophy. This will be a perpetual Trophy and will be presented at the end of each men’s Test series played between the Pakistan and Australia cricket teams.

PCB and all its players have expanded their presence on social media. The Instagram, Twitter handles are all fed with the latest posts every single day. The Pakistan Super League (PSL 2022) came into the picture years after Pakistan players were snubbed from taking part in the cash-rich league amid cross-border tensions. They decided to introduce a T20 league comprising foreign players and discover hidden gems within Pakistan. The last year’s T20 World Cup was the result of the growth of the PSL. The franchise follows a number of playing patterns, including financial development but at a lower rate.
