Pahalgam terror attack: No cheerleaders, fireworks in MI vs SRH match

There will no fireworks or cheerleaders for the MI vs SRH tie as players will pay tribute to the victims of Pahalgam terror attack

Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad players will sport black armbands on Wednesday during their clash to pay tribute to victims of the Pahalgam terror attack. At least 26 tourists were killed in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday after terrorists opened fire on them. MI will take on SRH at the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium in Hyderabad at 7.30 PM IST.

MI, SRH to pay homage to Pahalgam terror attack victims

As per news agency ANI, there will no cheerleaders and fireworks during the MI vs SRH clash. Apart from sporting black armbands to stand in solidarity for the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack, the players and the umpires will observe a one-minute silence.

Both former and active cricketers took to social media platforms to condemn the terror attack and condole the demise of the victims.
