In addition to MS Dhoni, renowned figures in Indian cricket such as Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli utilized social media platforms to convey their joy over India’s groundbreaking accomplishment. This achievement marked a significant advancement for India, particularly in light of the letdown experienced from the Chandrayaan-2 crash landing that occurred four years ago.

Dhoni was last seen in action during the IPL 2023 season. Having already declared his retirement from international cricket, he has exclusively participated in the IPL since stepping away from the global cricket scene. Despite speculations suggesting that IPL 2023 might mark Dhoni’s final year in the tournament, he surprised many by confirming his return for another season after leading CSK to victory in the tournament. This decision was his way of expressing gratitude to his supporters.
