MI vs CSK in IPL 2021 – ‘The serial winner vs resurgent lions’: Star Sports gear up for IPL’s biggest rivalry as MS Dhoni’s CSK takes on Rohit Sharma’s Mumbai Indians- The official broadcaster of Indian Premier League 2021 Star Sports, is gearing up for one of the biggest rivalries in the history of the cash-rich league as five-time champion Mumbai Indians get ready to lock horns with three-time champion Chennai Super Kings. This is the first time that both teams will be playing against each other in IPL 2021.

In the 15 seconds video attached with the post, Star Sports has put photos of Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav and Rahul Chahar on one side while photos of MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Suresh Raina and Deepak Chahar on the other side. In the centre of the video, ‘The serial winner take on resurgent lions’ can be read. On the bottom side of the video,’ IT’S A GUARANTEED THRILLER’ is written.

Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings are the two most successful sides in IPL history, sharing a total of 8 trophies between them out of 13. While defending champions Mumbai Indians have won a staggering 5 IPL titles, CSK are the second-most successful side with three trophies.
