NZ vs AUS 2nd Test: Henry-led Kiwis dominate Day 2

Henry’s first victim was Cameron Green (25) as he was cleaned bowled. In came Travis Head (21) next, only to fall prey as Matt struck once again. Promoted up the order, Nathan Lyon (20) couldn’t survive either as Henry kept adding wickets to his name.

An excellent review from the Kiwis saw Mitchell Marsh being dismissed for a duck. New Zealand skipper Southee made a last second decision to take the review. Henry had struck yet again!

Starc (28) and Cummins (23) couldn’t hold fort either as Henry grabbed both their wickets. Labuschagne (90), who was Australia’s star with the bat, was dismissed after Glenn Philips took a blinder of a catch.

Williamson, Latham dominate Day 2

New Zealand suffered a setback at the start of the second innings. Tom Latham (65*) and Kane Williamson (51) steadied the ship for the side after losing Will Young at an early stage. Williamson, who is playing his 100th Test, brought up his 50th Test half-century. New Zealand ended Day 2 at 134/2, leading by 40 runs.
