LSG starts IPL 2025 preparations, Ayush Badoni & Ravi Bishnoi join training camp at Ekana Stadium

Lucknow Super Giants are all set with a fresh makeover, with many things at stake. The franchise recently organised a camp with many LSG players participating.

It’s all set to begin for Lucknow Super Giants as they gear up for the new IPL season. The franchise has now started taking initial steps, recently sharing a post on social media platforms showing that some of the Lucknow Super Giants players have attended the LSG camp to prepare for the upcoming season. From Akash Deep to Yuvraj Chaudhary to Ravi Bishnoi, a total of 11 players participated in the camp. However, Rishabh Pant did not participate, primarily due to the upcoming matches for India, as he is in the ODI squad against England. India is set to play three matches against the Three Lions, and Pant’s role is surely going to be crucial.

Many things are at stake!

Started IPL with a bang in their first season in 2022, Lucknow Super Giants made it to the playoffs, even in 2023. However, the 2024 season did not end well, as the team finished 7th and failed miserably under KL Rahul. This time, they have changed their strategy, opting for an aggressive leader in Rishabh Pant, who is now also the most expensive player in IPL history.

He is set to lead the camp, and they have backed players like Ayush Badoni, who emerged as a superstar for them—truly a emerging name. Former world No. 1 T20I bowler Ravi Bishnoi is also in the mix. It will be highly interesting to see how they perform, as they have made several changes. There is no question that many eyes will be on them.
