But contrary to what Parag believed, it was an excellent batting wicket in the second innings. Nissanka and Rahul started the chase well, and scored 70-odd in the PP, ending all hopes for RR. The Lankan was due for a big one, and delivered in a crucial match for the Delhi team. Rahul, meanwhile continued with his fine form and scored 70.
