In the video posted on Instagram, the left-handed batter can be seen doing several fitness drills apart from lifting weights. The WestIndies legend looked in great shape as he captioned the video as ‘Focus CG’. The post has already garnered more than 41k likes on the social media site.
Gayle will be a part of the Hoysala Eagles being led by Kiccha Sudeep. The left-handed batter will hope to give some magical performances for his team and try to entertain the local crowd gathered at the stadium.

Not just Gayle, several other former cricketers including Suresh Raina (India), Brian Lara (West Indies), Subramaniam Badrinath (India), Herschelle Gibbs (South Africa) and Tillakaratne Dilshan (Sri Lanka) will also be participating in the upcoming edition of the KCC 2023. Adding more glamour to the teams are star actors Shiva Rajkumar, Sudeepa, Daali Dhananjaya, Dhruva Sarja, Ganesh, and Upendra. In the opening game of the season, Krishna-led Ganga Warriors will take on Sudeepa’s Hoysala Eagles.
The tournament will kick-start on February 11 with the final game set to be played on next day. All the matches are slated to be played in Bengaluru.
