Mohammed Siraj and Cameron Green return as RCB revamps their playing XI vs KKR

Mohammed Siraj has had a dismal IPL 2024 so far. In 6 games, the star Indian pacer leaked runs at an alarming rate of 10.41 and picked up only 4 wickets

Pace spearhead Mohammed Siraj, who was dropped for the previous match, finds himself back in the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) team. The Indian international will be in action in the high-octane clash against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Sunday afternoon.

Apart from this, the high-profile signing in Cameron Green has also been included in the playing XI against KKR. Green, despite his hefty price tag, has managed only 68 runs in his five outings with the bat.

RCB, who are in a desperate need of a win, won the toss and elected to chase against KKR. “We have three changes – Green and Siraj come back, so does Karn Sharma. We know if we do a few things back, the momentum can be back and we do have the firepower.” RCB skipper Faf du Plessis with a hope for a better outing today said at the toss.
